Winsor & Newton Water Soluble Oils
Winsor & Newton water soluble oil paint is kind of stick drying. Water soluble oils are water mixable. You have to give it time to dry. I do like the ease of clean up. I am looking to finish my painting I have been working on for a while It is just colors pf black and gray. I can't seem to translate it from my thought like I want. Just painting away.
